If, for some reason, you would like to return a product other than apparel and personalized merchandise, please Contact Us for a return authorization number. The cost of merchandise will be refunded to your credit card within 7-15 business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise in its original condition. Shipping charges will not be refunded and return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We are not responsible for return package that are lost or damaged during shipping.
